Welcome to the Broadlawn, a Cooperative Residence centrally located in White Plains New York. Our home was built in the 1920’s and continues to possess the look and feel of an era long gone. The Broadlawn boasts a beautifully landscaped property with a private entrance that makes you feel like you entered a secret garden.

The Broadlawn has four separate buildings each with four stories. Each unit is unique with features that may include garden patios, wrought iron enclosed balconies, built-in working fireplaces and duplexes with beautifully appointed turning staircases. While our residents enjoy a unique sense of privacy due to the careful situation of each unit, they also enjoy a tight knit community where neighbors share the camaraderie of friends and acquaintances in our central pergola where on a warm summer night you find many residents sipping wine and barbecuing

Our building is a comfortable walk to the White Plains Metro-North station where a commute to Grand Central Terminal is a quick thirty minutes. We are also conveniently located to downtown White Plains the Westchester Mall and many major connecting highways.
